Therefore, the more detailed the customized parameters of the Hydrocell lithium-ion battery pack provided by the customer when customizing the lithium-ion battery, the closer the customized battery will be demand, and it is more conducive to the custom price calculation of lithium-ion battery packs.
The lithium-ion battery pack customization process is customized according to actual product requirements. The battery customization process is mainly evaluated and analyzed based on the actual situation, and then the cost analysis is performed according to the company process, and the profit analysis is used for comprehensive quotation. The battery customization process is divided into the following parts:
1. For the buyer of the lithium battery pack that needs to be customized, the following parameters need to be provided to clarify whether the effect of the customized battery pack meets the requirements.
a): Understand the real needs of electrical equipment, and provide the size, shape, charge and discharge voltage, current output requirements, battery working environment temperature, battery power requirements, working time etc.
b): Need to know what voltage range the electrical equipment can bear. Because the voltage of the battery pack is not a fixed value, because the voltage range is very large, so it is necessary to ensure that the device can bear the corresponding voltage value.
c): What is the continuous rated power of the device when it is working? When it supports batteries, what is the maximum power of these motors during operation? How long does the instantaneous maximum power last?
2. After our company's professional battery engineer confirms the product's functional requirements for you, we will reply to your specific delivery date based on the actual material situation.
3. Under normal circumstances, both parties must sign a contract after confirming that the battery customization and delivery date is correct. The battery purchaser needs to prepay 30%~50% for deposit. The battery manufacturer will confirm to the other party after the battery is ready, and pay the balance after confirming OK. Then the manufacturer ships the goods.
4. It is recommended to add quality agreement, warranty time, after-sales service time, etc. to the contract of custom-made lithium-ion battery packs.

Step 5. Delivery & Logistics
At this Stage, the production is completed and the goods are ready to be delivered. If storage services are required, we will proceed accordingly.
